YIKES almost a month???

So it's been a month! I have heard many of you say UPDATE!

Here's the fast update of the last month:

Spring Break has started....

I haven't had any time to relax & regroup. I started journaling some last week. It felt good to get some words out of my soul. There's a definite backlog going on & creativity has been slowed to a trickle. Here's some quick pics of our easter:

All together before the big hunt! We made age level easter egg hunts. The little guy went first in the preschool division, his eggs were located throughout the backyard. Then we moved into the intermediate division & hid the big kids eggs in the woods. They each had a marked trail to follow to find their eggs. The big kids had to use their best letterboxing skills to find eggs from high to low. It was the best egg hunt ever!

It really gave me delight to hide the eggs for them. When I went out to hide them, all of a sudden a blustery wind started with a huge down pour of snow! It was a burst of snow that reminded me of Little House on the Prairie where they had the long winter & the late snow that killed many in the town because no one was prepared for such a large amount of snow. It was beautiful to be in the woods in the bluster of white & thrilling to think we may have one last snow day! I was ready to snuggle in with the kids one more time before spring.

Totally relaxing and replenishing to do that for & with the kids. They had a blast finding their eggs. You can see all the pics on my facebook profile.
